Using your preferred means of communication, we will start off with a meeting to discuss any ideas/sketches you have and to understand what style and feel you want your home to have. Then if you decide to move forward, a 50% deposit will be required.

I charge $1.00/sq. ft. for all living and $0.25/ sq. ft. for non-living (garages porches, etc.). The deposit cost will be based on the initial sketches or the estimated sq ft budget, whichever is provided.

Once the deposit has been paid and contract signed I can get to work! From there I will take any sketches, inspiration pictures or lists and create an initial preliminary plan. The plan will be sent within 5-7 days.

From there the tweaking begins until it's perfect! I include 5 revisions after the initial plan is sent. Additional major edits will have additional costs.

Once the plans have received your approval, I will get to work on the accompanying construction documents and send you a watermarked set to make any additional minor changes and for a final approval.

The non-watermarked plans will be sent upon receipt of the final payment.

If at any time during the construction process, minor changes need made to the plans just let me know and I can take care of those quickly.
